Dylan Hairstains – Memorial Football Match

On Saturday the 17th of November local teenager Dylan Hairstains lost his long hard fought battle with Cystic Fibrosis at only 17 years of age. Dylan was such an inspirational character to his friends and family, his inspiration has passed through into his friend Scott McWhan. Scott has organised a charity old firm football match to raise money for C.H.A.S (Children’s Hospice Association Scotland) Dylan’s favourite charity. The match is being held in the grounds of Lockerbie Academy on Saturday 1st of December 2012 with kickoff at 2PM. Donation forms will be available at the ground, Scott has also set up a Just Giving page which is available on Facebook at the dedicated public event page “Dylan’s Old Firm”
