Cairnryan Murder: Two to appear in court

A man and woman have been arrested and charged with murder following the death of a 65-year-old man on Christmas Day in Dumfries and Galloway.
George Potts died following an incident at an address in Cairnryan on Tuesday.
Dumfries and Galloway Police said a 62-year-old man and a 55-year-old woman had been arrested and charged over Mr Potts’ death.
The pair, who are being held in custody, are expected to appear at Stranraer Sheriff Court on Thursday
