Shark Week – Wrapped Up

Shark Week has now come to end sadly to say, but what a week it was! Brunch show host Deno and ‘ The Cheeseman’ would love to thank all the people who have made it all possible and so enjoyable . Melissa played a big part on the Alive team and we thank you for all your work and effort , same goes also to all our new friends over at Dumfries Ice Bowl.
Graham – Fundraiser for the Solway Sharks made 2 appearances on the Brunch show amongst others and made all of us welcome over at the Ice Bowl who like Melissa put in a lot of work especially behind the scenes.
Head Coach of the Sharks Martin Grubb also a 2-time Brunch show guest ( hat-trick appearance is not too far away we think ) for making the great effort of making himself available and also for allowing us to get to know himself, the players and staff so well and for being such a good sport in our Brunch Challenges. Not forgetting to mention, the kind words on his managers blog in the match programme.
#51 Struan Tonnar – One of the Sharks top players over the past few seasons and also Ice Bowl supremo Katie Ferguson for also getting into the studio and taking part in our show and game enough to do the challenges to boot.
Once again big thanks to all involved we look forward to working with you again in the future and finally . . . .
CONGRATULATIONS and thanks to their 11-0 victory at the Alive Radio sponsored game against Trafford Metros, Solway Sharks are crowned NIHL Division 1 ( North ) Champion 2013 . Well done and lets hope you can do the treble now by winning the playoffs as well.
