Stepping Into Spring with The Art Room

The Art Room within The Old School is delighted to announce The Art Room Gallery, a new venture that will bring a seasonal exhibition programme to Dumfries. Stepping Into Spring sees local artists J. Frank O’Carroll and Sam Mullen represented by an expressive exhibition of work.
Originally from Glasgow, Frank and Sam met in Dumfries & Galloway at Sam’s art classes in the Solway Studio on the Crichton Campus. The Art Room Gallery is proud to announce that Frank and Sam are uniting once more with this collection of artwork which offers the viewer a look at the two artists’ experience, talent and flair.
There will be an official opening of the exhibition taking place on Friday 31st January 2014 from 5.30pm – 7pm. Complimentary drinks and nibbles will be served at the opening, and thereafter the exhibition will run from 1st February – 12th April 2014.
