Local hotel in line for top award

The Buccleuch and Queensberry Arms Hotel in Thornhill has been shortlisted for the “Most Hospitable Hotel’ category at the prestigious Scottish Thistle awards.
A spokesperson for the hotel said “We work extremely hard to deliver first class hospitality to all of our guests so it really is great to receive a little recognition from time to time”.
