Operation Safety 2015 all systems go

Operation Safety 2015 team eagerly awaits the arrival on Monday and over the next 3 weeks 1100 Dumfries and Galloway primary 7 school children. Operation Safety is a multi agency event involving Police Scotland, Scottish Fire and Rescue Service, Scottish Ambulance Service and Scottish Power working in partnership to make communities safer through the interactive educational experience that it provides. This year key safety messages given to the children include Home Fire Safety, Internet Safety, Firework Safety, First Aid and Electricity Safety. The team would like to thank DuPont Teijin Films for providing accommodation for the event.
