A film from David Slater, about the recent flooding of Dumfries on Friday 12th November. The River Nith yet gain burst its banks in Dumfries, closing carparks and causing major disruption for evening rush hour traffic. The Nith floods several time a year, with the loss of many thousnds of pounds of local busiess revenue.
Still nothing has been done to alleviate or solve this recurring problem.
