POWER TOOLS THIEVES SOUGHT BY POLICE

police-scotlandPOLICE Scotland officers in Lockerbie are investigating the theft of over £2000 worth of power tools from a shed at a house in Broomhouse Road in the town.

The theft took place sometime between Wednesday 14 December 2016 and Saturday 17 December 2016.  The tools, which were De Walt make consisted of electric drills, a router, a power saw a rip saw, batteries and a battery charger.

Constable Bob Dickson at Lockerbie said “we want to hear from anyone who may have been offered a quantity of tools for sale recently, and also from anyone in the Broomhouse Road area who may have seen or heard anything suspicious between Wednesday and Saturday.  Callers can contact us at Lockerbie on the 101 number.
