POLICE INVESTIGATION IN DUMFRIES

Motorists and members of the public are advised to avoid the area of Brooms road from the junction with Eastfield Road through to the roundabout at Brooms Road / Annan Road, Dumfries outside the funeral directors.
This area is closed off at this time due to an ongoing Police investigation.
Eastfield Road is still accessible from Brooms Road and Millburn Avenue is accessible from Annan Road.
It is likely to remain closed for some hours.
