Shax – new furniture charity in Dumfries – launch ceremony

Friday 27th April sees the official launch of Shax, a new charity in Dumfries which has been formed out of the Christian Care for the Homeless furniture project. The launch party runs from 12noon, with short speeches and a ribbon cutting ceremony at 12.30pm, followed by drinks and nibbles. Guests will be shown around the extensive facilities.
Russell Brown MP is an honorary guest and will be cutting the ribbon to officially open the facilities at Merrick House (formerly the Laundry) on Crichton Business Park. For more details and directions see the Shax website: shaxdumfries.com/official-launch
