Rangers remain in search of a first away league win of the season after Annan Atheltic claimed a point at Galabank.

The visitors lost David Templeton early on and Annan could have taken the lead through Jack Steele after the break.

Annan coped well against the Rangers attack, who only really imposed themselves late in the match.

And a stunning last-minute save by Alex Mitchell denied Lee McCulloch a winner for Ally McCoist’s side.

The Ibrox side continue their unbeaten run in all competitions this season but sit fourth in the Scottish Third Division table, a point behind joint-leaders Elgin City, Peterhead and Queen’s Park.
