Annette Richards’ guest on last Wednesday’s Breakfast show, was the Member of the Scottish Parliament for Galloway and West Dumfries constituency, The Right Honourable Alex Fergusson. Alex has been an MSP since 1999 and served as the Presiding Officer from 2007 – 2011.
