Dumfries assault witnesses sought

Police are seeking witnesses after a woman was sexually assaulted while walking home from a night out.
She left the group to walk home in the early hours and was attacked while making her way along the A711 Dalbeattie Road.
Police are particularly keen to speak to the driver of a lorry which was seen in the area at the time and the woman tried to flag down.
