A MAN who sent his former partner Facebook and text messages has been issued with a non harassment order.
The 24-year-old man has been made the subject of a non harassment order by the Sheriff at Dumfries after sending his ex-partner numerous Facebook and text messages.
Paul Burgess, of Queen Street, Dumfries, admitted engaging in a course of conduct between May 29 and June 12 which caused alarm to the woman.
He was fined £475 at Dumfries Sheriff Court.
