Queens travel to Kirkaldy tomorrow to try and get there campaign back on track after defeat last week by St Mirren , Derek Lyle will be part of the squad after his red card against Rangers was rescinded.
In League One, Stranraer travel to face Stenhousemuir knowing that victory would see them move above their opponents.
And Blues midfielder Steven Bell hopes last week’s single goal victory against Brechin marks a turning point for the Stair Park side.
“We’ve got a good run of games coming up where we will be looking to take some points,” he said.
In League Two, table-topping Annan Athletic are also on the road tomorrow as they make the trip to face Clyde.
And speaking to the on-line community television Annandale TV, boss Jim Chapman expects a tough test against an experienced Broadwood side.
“It is well known now that Clyde have invested heavily and got a lot of good experienced players in – they will be a real tough opponent,” he said.
“But at the end of the day we have got to focus on what we have been doing.
“I said to they boys, it is still early days but you have set really good standards and it is up to you to maintain them.”
In the South League this weekend, reigning champions Wigtown are away to Dumfries YMCA. All the remaining fixtures are in the first round of the League Cup.
Creetown play St Cuthberts; Crichton host Abbey Vale; Fleet Star face Mid Annandale; Newton Stewart are away to Heston Rovers; Lochar Thistle take on Edusport Academy; and Upper Annandale line up against Nithsdale Wanderers.
Elsewhere, in the Ayrshire District League, Kirkconnel juniors side Kello Rovers are away to Ardeer Thistle.
