Taking some (slight!) inspiration from the Discovery Channel, Alive 107.3 are excited to bring you Shark Week!
From the 4th – 9th of March, the station will be providing you with loads of interesting information about our local ice hockey team, the Solway Sharks.
During Shark Week, we’ll have players and various Solway Sharks representatives in the studio for live interviews and we will be playing some of their favourite tracks.
Do you think they’ll attempt one of our famous Brunch challenges? Will they be able to resist the charms of our very own KLG? Tune in and find out!
The week will culminate in the Solway Sharks vs the Trafford Metros match on Saturday 9th March at Dumfries Ice Bowl. We are very pleased to be the Match Sponsor of this very important game and there will be lots of presenters in attendance, so come along, watch the game and say hello – we’d love to meet you!
During the week, we’ll also be running a competition for you to win a pair of tickets for the match on the 9th. Tune into Shark Week to find out how you can enter!
