On tonight’s FOLKnSTUFF Hugh Taylor will present a special, two hour, preview of some of the artistes appearing at next January’s Celtic Connections Festival.
He’ll be playing music by The Chieftains. Moving Hearts, The Paul McKenna Band, Altan, Skerryvore, Daimh,
The Boys of the Lough, The John Langan Band, Linsey Aitken & Ken Campbell, Ivan Drever, Liam O’Flynn and many more.
Hugh’s Album of the week is the superb double album from Rab Noakes, I’m Walkin’ Here. One disc contains Rab’s songs and the other his interpretations of songs by other writers. You can listen to five tracks from this album then rush out and buy it.
