The Roadshow will be followed by a NO2NP Action Day in Castle Douglas on Saturday April 23.
A spokesman said: “If you would like to be part of this as a volunteer giving out leaflets from 10am – 12.30pm to raise awareness of the plans, please email volunteers@no2np.org with your:
- name
- address
- phone number
No2NP opposes the Scottish Government’s plan to assign a ‘Named Person’ to every child in Scotland because it undermines families and diverts resources away from children who need them.
