Written by on May 27, 2014

The football season may be over but the talking points just keep on coming.

There were plenty of headlines being made in Scotland in the past week as Neil Lennon waved goodbye to Celtic Park – where will he be going and who will be replacing him?

At the bottom of the Premiership Hibernian’s embarrassing season came to an end when the Edinburgh side were condemned to the second tier of Scottish football after losing the second leg of their play-off to Hamilton Accies. There’s been an exodus at Easter Road but what will the summer bring for the club?

That sets up a thrilling Championship season with Queen of the South as the only team outside of the central belt.

Queens Park Rangers are playing in the Premiership next season – are we surprised?

Real Madrid secured La Decima on Saturday night after beating Atletico Madrid in extra time in Lisbon.

Then there’s the allegations of match fixing surrounding Scotland’s friendly with Nigeria at Craven Cottage tomorrow.

And finally – we’ll have a brief look at the World Cup in our last show before the tournament starts.

Join Stephen and Michael Temlett, Greg Cameron and Euan Maxwell tonight from 6pm tonight for On the Ball.
