Prime Minister David Cameron at the Easterbrook Hall, Dumfries this afternoon

David Cameron addressed the party faithful is a hastily staged meeting late this afternoon. He was introduced, first by Alex Fergusson MSP for Galloway and West Dumfries, then by Leader of the Scottish Conservatives, Ruth Davidson MSP.
Mr Cameron spoke about Scottish Independence and devolution, as well as reform to the benefits system in the UK, the budget deficit and education in Scotland.
