Greenock Morton knocked fellow Championship side Queen of the South out of the Scottish League Cup at the second round stage.
Morton’s Denny Johnstone turned home Romario Sabajo’s cross from close range but was flagged offside.
Queens’ Derek Lyle struck the crossbar shortly before the break.
Ross Forbes gave the visitors a crucial advantage with a left-foot shot midway through the second period and the midfielder later fired against a post.
