St. Joseph’s College Presents We Will Rock You
Written by Kevin Rennie on June 19, 2014
Last night (Wednesday 18th) saw the opening night of St. Joseph’s College, Dumfries’ latest muscial production with the broadway classic We Will Rock You. With everything from the good in Gallileo, Scaramouche, Britney and Meatloaf, seeking to save the World from the dasterdly deeds, and computer generated music of Killer Queen and Khashoggi it’s a night you won’t forget.
Audience members who attended the Opening Night sung it’s praises, with not a disappointed person in the house, with many calling it ‘Awesome’, ‘Amazing’ and many others. Alive’s very own Kevin Rennie said, ‘I wasn’t sure quite what to expect, having seen it in the West End I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but I was gripped from start to finish, with a great mix of live music, acting and dancing it certainly didn’t disappoint, I’d recommend it to everyone to see it while they still can!’
Kevin also caught up with some of the lead roles on Monday afternoon of this week, listen to his interview below.
