Tonight on On The Ball the boys discuss the hot topic of racism in football following allegations CSKA Moscow’s fans abused Manchester City’s Yaya Toure in last week’s Champions League match.
The lads will discuss the backlash that followed including a potential boycott for the World Cup in 2018 and a Russian accusation of a “smear campaign” against Russian football.
Stephen and Michael Temlett, Greg Cameron and Euan Maxwell will talk about the rest of the Champions League results after Celtic finally put some points on the board after a 2-0 win over Ajax.
Football fan’s favourite Ian Holloway left Crystal Palace last week and the boys will discuss “Ollie’s” time with the Eagles.
As well as that Queen of the South got back to winning ways with a comfortable 3-0 win away at Alloa.
And, finally, the guys will round-up a big weekend of Premiership action and looking ahead to some more League Cup fixtures.
