CROSS BORDER SEARCH FOR MISSING CARLISLE MAN

Police Scotland said that police in Carlisle are becoming concerned for the welfare of 39 year old man, Stephen Bell who has not been seen since around 1000 hours yesterday, Tuesday.

He was last seen in the Harraby area of the city. Stephen frequents Gretna and Eastriggs and Carlisle Police would be keen to hear from anyone who may know of his whereabouts.

He is described as being slim, 5’8″ tall. mousey brown hair and was wearing two tracksuit tops, one red and one blue, and burgundy shorts.
