Vandals cut phone cables in Lochside, Dumfries

Police are investigating a number of incidents whereby telephone cables have been cut in the areas of Dalswinton Avenue, Rankine Avenue and Carrick Road in the Lochside area of the town.
The cables supply blocks of flats and houses in these areas and it is thought that they may have been cut around 2300 hours on Wednesday 13 October.
