FUNDING APPLICATIONS NOW OPEN FOR SPORTS COUNCILS AND AREA COMMITTEES

DUMFRIES and Galloway Council is inviting funding applications from voluntary and community organisations to Area Committees and Sports Councils.
Applications will be considered for projects or activities that fit closely with the criteria set by the local Area Committees (Annandale and Eskdale; Nithsdale; Stewartry; Wigtown).
If your project or activity covers more than one area of the region you can apply to the relevant Area Committees.
Applications must be submitted on or before 5pm on Friday 8 January 2016 for consideration in Spring 2016. If funds remain after this, applications will continue to be accepted.
Sports funding applications for 2016/17 may be submitted from March next year. There are no deadlines and applications are considered on a monthly basis.
