Local songwriter secures publishing deal

Robert Maitland of Carronbridge near Thornhill has signed a music publishing deal with American based Soundcastle to publish his songs for the next 3 years with an option of a further 3 years. Robert has also released his own Christmas song, “Once upon a Christmas” on EM records recorded by his own band Camus and featuring on vocals is Cariss Crosbie.
The track is available to download now on iTunes, play.com and Amazon . It will be featured on Alive 107.3fm.
