Attempted Robbery – William Hill Bookmakers, Dumfries

Police want to trace the following man who entered the premises of William Hill Bookmakers in High Street, Dumfries around 1855 hours on Thursday 10 March 2011 and threatened a member of staff in an attempt to obtain money. The man was refused and fled the premises empty handed, making off towards Burns Statue. He is described as being about 20 years of age, and was wearing a white tracksuit top and dark grey trousers. The member of staff was not injured in this incident.
