Assault on St Michaels Street, Dumfries on Thursday.

Police would like to trace three men who assaulted a 25 year old man as he was walking near the roundabout at the junction with Craigs Road and St Michaels Street at around 19.20hrs on Thursday 17 March. One male approached the man and engaged him in conversation. After a short period of time two other males then appeared and assaulted the man.
* The three men were all around 21 years old, with brown hair and wearing dark coloured tops or jackets.
The three men were last seen walking towards Craigs Road.
The man sustained a minor cut in the assault.
