Police in Lockerbie can confirm the name of the woman who was found dead in the Mil Loch near Lochmaben at around 11.00hrs on Monday 14 March as:
* JACQUELINE DOUGAN, aged 82 years, from Lockerbie
Early police enquiries suggest that there are no suspicious circumstances in the death.
Police are still keen to establish Ms Dougan’s movements in the lead up to her death.
