Healthy cooking masterchef comes to Dumfries

Healthy communitiesFree cooking classes for people with young children or people thinking about having a family are coming to Dumfries during the month of May.

The classes on offer will teach people basic cooking skills and techniques on how to cook for a family on a budget. Supported by NHS Dumfries & Galloway in partnership with We’re a Healthy Community the Healthy Cooking Masterchef classes are about learning easy recipes for yourself and your family to enjoy.

If you are interested in learning how to make mealtimes family times and help kids enjoy healthy, affordable home-cooked food then book your place now.

The courses are being run at Summerhill Community Centre, Dumfries on

* 10/17/24/31May 12:30 to 2:30pm

* 10/17/24/31 May 3:30pm to 5:30pm

* 7/14/21/28 June 12:30 to 2:30pm
