Jordan White struck in extra-time as holders Livingston beat Queen of the South in the Petrofac Training Cup.
White headed home from close range with just five minutes of the additional 30 minutes remaining.
Dale Hilson, Paul Heffernan and Mark Millar, twice, wasted chances for Queens, while Livi’s Craig Sives had a header saved by Robbie Thomson.
Doonhamers sub Derek Lyle was denied by Darren Jamieson and Millar nodded wide before White bundled the ball in.
It was quick revenge for the West Lothian side following their 1-0 home loss in the Championship on Saturday.
