SEVEN TO APPEAR IN COURT AFTER ANNAN INCIDENT

A TOTAL of seven people have now been arrested and will appear in court later today following an alleged incident in Annan on Sunday night.
Police Scotland said today that after further investigations into a large scale disturbance in The Shed public house in Lady Street, Annan, on Sunday night, a total of seven men have now been arrested.
A police spokesman said that they are expected to appear at Dumfries Sheriff Court on Tuesday September 22, on a variety of charges alleging assault and serious assault.
Extra police were rushed to th town after the alleged incident in the pub and investigations are still ongoing.
