At Kirkcudbright Sheriff Court yesterday, a Confiscation Order for £4,000 was made against Andrew Robert Hunter under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (POCA). On 14 October 2010 Hunter, from Stranraer, was sentenced to 300 hours Community Service for being concerned in the supply of drugs.
