Graeme Tait, the Scottish Conservative and Unionist candidate, has been elected to stand as a local Councillor for the Annandale North ward following the by-election.   The count took place at Lockerbie Town Hall last night and continued on until the early hours.   Graeme Tait was elected at stage 4 of the election count.
